I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with Solaris Counseling Services, LLC. I have experience providing mental health counseling to teens, adults, and couples. Issues typically addressed include mood disorder, relationship issues, transition issues, and trauma. I have completed Level 3 training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy.

My therapeutic approach integrates multiple theoretical frameworks such as cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and reality therapy, based on each clients' individually voiced goals in treatment. I have a passion for working with individuals who have experienced trauma, intense anxiety, and identity confusion. I strive to develop a therapeutic relationship consisting of trust, compassion, and collaboration in an effort to create an environment in which healing, self-discovery, and growth can occur.
