This Privacy Policy Agreement ("Agreement") outlines the principles and practices of the Crestview Area Chamber of Commerce ("Chamber," "we," "our") regarding the collection, use, and protection of personal information provided by our members. By signing up as a member, you ("Member," "you") accept the terms of this Agreement and agree to its provisions.

We may collect personal information from members, including but not limited to names, contact details, business information, and payment details, for the purpose of membership management and service provision.

We will use your personal information solely for the following purposes:
- Membership management
- Communication related to Chamber activities, events, and services
- Providing access to resources and benefits associated with membership

- Information Protection

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes. Submission of a membership application does not guarantee acceptance. The Crestview Area Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to review and, if necessary, refuse any membership application at its discretion. Membership may also be revoked if a member violates Chamber policies or engages in activities that conflict with the Chamber's mission.
- Membership and Financial Policies
We value the trust and commitment of our members and are dedicated to protecting the privacy and security of your personal information. As part of your membership in the Crestview Area Chamber of Commerce, your data is used solely to fulfill the Chamber's mission and for communication purposes within the organization.
Disclaimer:
Membership investment in the Crestview Area Chamber of Commerce is 100% tax-deductible as a business expense. However, Chamber dues are not tax-deductible as a charitable contribution for federal tax purposes. The Crestview Area Chamber of Commerce is a private, not-for-profit business membership organization and is not affiliated with local, state, or federal government entities.

We expect our members to conduct their business with the highest ethical standards, adhering to principles of integrity, fairness, and professionalism. Members should ensure their business practices align with the values of the Chamber and contribute positively to our local business community.
