Hours: Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM–10:00 PM | Every Other Weekend Required
We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team and be the friendly, reliable voice of our company.

Key Responsibilities:
• Answer and manage incoming phone calls professionally
• Book service calls accurately and efficiently
• Utilize company software
• Provide real-time support to technicians in the field
• Collaborate with office staff to help prepare for upcoming jobs
