Maybe your child is full of questions or maybe they barely talk to you at all. Either way, it’s up to you to help them understand their body and their development, but we know those conversations can get pretty awkward for both you and your child. Join White-Wilson Medical Center for a parents-only hour of engaging and informative discussion to help Power Your Parenting! Even for adults, conversations about growth, puberty and sexual health may feel uncomfortable. White-Wilson Pediatrician Dr. Melanie Parm will help you prepare for these tricky but important conversations, so when the time comes you are ready to have age-appropriate and helpful talks with your child. Refreshments and door prizes will be provided. Better yet, this class is FREE and open to any interested parents, grandparents, caregivers and community members!
