5th Annual Fairways for the Fisher House Golf Tournament

Fisher House of the Emerald Coast to Host 5th Annual InDyne “Fairways for the Fisher House” Golf Tournament and Gala

EGLIN AFB, FL (20 August 2012) – Each year Fisher House of the Emerald Coast serves nearly 400 guests. The mission of the Fisher House is to provide a safe, comfortable lodging facility for families in need. Join InDyne, L-3 Crestview Aerospace, and Jacobs Technology in sponsorship of the upcoming Fairways for the Fisher House Golf Tournament and Gala. Sponsorships are still available, ranging from $50 to $15,000. Any donation amount is welcome. Please come join us for what is expected to be a wonderful event honoring America’s finest.
The golf tournament will take place 13 September, 1:30 PM, shotgun start at Kelly Plantation. The gala event will take place 14 September, 6pm-9pm at Eglin AFB Bay View Club with dinner, entertainment, and silent auction. Several sponsorship levels are available. Gala tickets may be purchased in advance for $50. Proceeds from the event will benefit the Fisher House of the Emerald Coast. Fisher House of the Emerald Coast - The Fisher House of the Emerald Coast opened September 2010 and supports America’s military in their time of need. Because members of the military and their families are stationed worldwide and must often travel great distances for specialized medical care, Fisher House Foundation donates “comfort homes” built on the grounds of major military and VA medical centers in the US and internationally. These homes enable family members to be close to a loved one at the most stressful times, during the hospitalization for unexpected illnesses, diseases or injuries. Fisher House of the Emerald Coast is located on Eglin Air Force Base.
