Our Mission is to provide our members with five-star service, support and solutions to simplify their financial lives.

Eglin Federal Credit Union was chartered in 1954 and is a not-for-profit, member-owned financial institution, federally regulated by the National Credit Union Administration. Membership includes military (active, retired, reserves and veterans), civil service and US Government affiliations on Eglin Air Force Base, Hurlburt Field, Duke Field, Camp Rudder and 7th Special Forces Group. Membership includes over 900 Select Employee Groups in Okaloosa, Santa Rosa, Walton, Escambia, FL counties and Escambia County, AL. In addition, membership includes anyone who lives, works, worships or attends school within our Geographic Field of Membership and anyone who is related to or lives with an EFCU member.

Eligible members may join Eglin FCU with a minimum $5 deposit to regular savings (the purchase of one share), and they may keep their membership active by performing at least one transaction every 12 months. Funds are insured by the National Credit Union Administration to at least $250,000 and backed by the full faith and credit of the United States.
