Welcome to Crestview Sports Super Soccer & Fitness SUMMER FUN 2016 Come join the Summer FUN! Our active and organized soccer coaches and fitness instructors are certified by the CSO Fitness Instructor Training course, multiple levels of the US Soccer Coaching licenses plus multiple levels of Fitness & Yoga certifications. Our adult coaching teams have many years of experience, love teaching kids and are devoted to healthy lifestyles! Register online 24/7 Ages 3 - 14 Super FUN multiple activities for every age group. You may attend 1,2 or 3 different classes each session! Class sizes are limited! Activity Times: 3pm - 7pm Garden City Sports Complex Come join the FUN! SUPER SOCCER - Kids first kicks! We provide an age appropriate soccer curriculum that emphasizes creative play, enjoyment of the sport and character building lessons. Class sizes are limited. Our KIDS small sided soccer focuses on specific programs for girls and boys ages 3-4, 5-6, 7 -9 & 10-14 CORE FITNESS - Individual strength! Sessions are guided by certified Fitness Instructors and help build endurance, mobility and agility without the use of heavy weights or equipment. Kids love to advance their individual knowledge and strength through our classes designed for the 4-6, 7-9 and 10-14 year old youth. Class sizes are limited. BALANCE & YOGA - Body & Balance! We provide Yoga Fitness programs designed to enhance boys and girls flexibility, balance, strength and coordination. A mindful physical activity that encourages self-esteem and body awareness for ages 3-4, 5-6 and 7-9. Our outside classes encourage mind, body and spirit awareness and individual responsibility towards fitness. Class sizes are limited. ARCHERY SKILLS - Focus and motor skills! Improve students motivation, attention, behavior and focus. Learn to properly use a bow and arrow plus develop the micro and macro motor abilities and listening & observation skills. A super educational process that teaches target shooting skills, helps to develop relationship and individual character and self-reliance. Certified NASP Instructors guide the sessions for girls and boys 9-14 years old. Class sizes are limited.
