9K Run, 5K Run/Walk, 1 Mile Fun Run in person at Bob Hope Village, 92 Sunset Lane, Shalimar 9K and 5K Start at 8:00 AM; 1 Mile Fun Run Starts at 8:30 AM Plus, after party with DJ, food, drinks, and award ceremony.
The first 300 9K and 5K registrants receive a shirt and challenge coin. Virtual options are available for our out-of-town friends.
It's about much more than running. The 12th Annual CMSAF Binnicker Memorial Run presented by Eglin Federal Credit Union will benefit the memory care wing at Air Force Enlisted Village's assisted living residence, Hawthorn House, where military widows, retirees, veterans, and their family members with Alzheimer’s and dementia reside. Every dollar raised from this event will provide care and support for the residents there.
Go the Extra Mile Go the extra mile by creating a fundraiser in conjunction with your run or walk. We call it the Extra Mile Challenge, and we’ll reward the top fundraisers. Race for FREE Commit to fundraising $109 for the Air Force Enlisted Village, and we’ll refund you up to your registration costs. Every dollar raised will provide care and support for military widows, retirees, veterans, and their family members who live on our memory care wing at the Air Force Enlisted Village’s assisted living residence, Hawthorn House.
