We’ve got a bad case of puppy love at the Crestview Public Library. First, we fell in love with Dozer and get to read to him the first Saturday of each month from 10-11 a.m. Next, we fell for Jada and read to her on Early Release Thursdays after Craft Time. Jada’s human, Jan Jimmo, is bringing her for an extra event on Tuesday, February 26 at 7 p.m.! We invite people ages 5 to 95 and up to meet Jada, who is a border collie/golden retriever mix and a licensed therapy dog. Jan will share some dog-related facts, such as how to approach a dog, what to do if you get lost to help a dog track you, and more! You will have the opportunity to be transformed into a dog—complete with a “doggie” treat! Registration is not required for this free event. Crafts and snacks will be given to the first 18 to sign in. Please call Heather at 682-4432 with questions.
