Entertainment starts at 5pm and the BBQ tasting will begin at 6 pm\, for $1 per sampling\, people get to vote for People's Choice winners. Kid's activities\, street performers\, and continuous live music\, including Heritage and other local favorites\, will keep the party going. The evening will end with a patriotic firework extravaganza and over $80\,000 in funds donated to local non-profit organizations.
