Participants will hike a 22K\, while carrying roughly 22kg(50lbs) on their backs to prevent the more than 22 U.S. veterans who take their lives every day. The hike IS the prevention in that it brings veterans together in a spirit of camaraderie and support\, creates lasting bonds\, and improves mental health and well-being.
