This will be the inaugural event with plans for an annual tournament every spring. The purpose of this letter is to solicit your support through the sponsorship of: one or more golf holes at our tournament\; sponsorship of team\; a combination of both team and hole sign\; or by donation of merchandise or services. \n\n This tournament will provide funds to supplement the band program's school board funding providing opportunities for students to fully develop their musical talents and participate in events and competitions that the funded budget doesn't include. Additionally\, these funds provide for repairs to equipment\, transportation expenses to events/contests\, uniform replacement and repair. The amount of additional funds necessary to run a band program yearly is more than $50\,000 above official funding. \nSimple hole sponsorship only costs a meager $100 for a single hole. Each hole may have multiple sponsors but\, we are limiting sponsorship to a maximum of 6 sponsor signs per tee box. If you would rather\, you can sponsor a full team's entry for $200\, or sponsor a team and a hole w/sign for $300. A sign with your logo and/or appropriate wording would grace the tee box for each hole you choose to sponsor. If you feel that you are unable to be a sponsor but are wanting to help\, we are in need of donated items or services for auction\, prizes for closest to the pin and other various golf skills' challenges\, or a simple monetary donation to go to the Band Program. Please indicate your preference on the enclosed Sponsor Form. All donations will be prominently recognized both before and during the event. We also invite you to participate with us\, not only in a grand round of golf\, but in the fellowship and fun that is provided.
